julie is responsible for project management, change control, and project reporting and scheduling. she also maintains client relations and stays atop all of our web development projects. julie oversees the management and execution of the company's marketing strategy and programs, and forges and maintains key partnerships. in addition, julie liaises with our technical staff to ensure the effective and timely completion of projects, tailored to client requirements.

michael has experience in sales and client relationship management in the professional services and technology industries. he is a master networker and connector of people and ideas, and assists our clients with technology solutions for their business problems. he launches new courses of action tailored to specific goals for enhanced results, and strategizes custom solutions for clients while keeping all points of communication in motion. michael's efforts are in sync with the goals of making ideas work! to bring new and innovative projects and services to our clients.

danny has over 8 years of experience as an application and database developer, working on projects varying from enterprise organizations such as the City of New York, financial firms such as Moodys Investors Services, and also e-commerce ventures for smaller brick and mortar shops. with a concentration in web-based development in recent years, danny has architected numerous websites using ASP.NET that maintained good design and intuitive functions along with providing features and capabilities of a traditional client server application. danny is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, and is a lifelong new yorker.

carlin started her design career at Ogilvy & Mather in 1989 where she was responsible for design and art direction for Microsoft's direct marketing plan, Pan Pacific hotels and United Artists Cable. next she moved on to NW Ayer where she worked on Doubletree Hotels, Toshiba, and Proctor and Gamble. carlin is proficient in a number of graphics tools including photoshop, illustrator, freehand, quark, indesign, and dreamweaver. she utilizes those tools to provide us with innovative and original designs.

jordan assists the making ideas work! development team on a wide variety of projects; from database driven applications to ecommerce clients, and also provides networking and technical support. his focus is on open source programming, using php and mysql.

brandon provides the making ideas work! team with innovative ideas for design concepts with his abilities in adobe photoshop, adobe illustrator, flash, and dreamweaver. he brings a unique design edge with a background in traditional art and drawing. brandon gears his designs to be crisp, clean, and modern. with his knowledge of css and html, coupled with solid design skills, he provides making ideas work! clients with expertise on the user experience.

brian is responsible for company-wide accounting activities. he maintains and coordinates the implementation of accounting procedures with clients and vendors of making ideas work! additionally, brian is in charge of monitoring and reviewing accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. he is consistently looking for new and advanced accounting methods that will be mutually beneficial to both our company and our clients. his meticulous attention to detail ensures that our operations run smoothly and remain cost efficient.
